Program is not user friendly

This program sends you to the manufacturer web site which then tells you (in my case) no update was available, or that you need to download another program, and/or you need a degree is computers just to figure out how to install the driver. I tried 4 separate updates it needed and could not perform any of them and I might add I am quite "computer literate". Program has been removed and I would definitely not suggest the average person use this program. The premise of going to original manufacturer(which is does some times) is good but after that there is too much work involved.
